Heber
Subdivision
Mayberry Farms Subdivison - Heber, UT
About This Project
Mayberry Farms is a 12 lot subdivision being developed right in the heart of Heber Valley. It has lots ranging from .60 up to 5 acres. This is an extensive project with lots of work to get the sewer, water, power and gas lines installed along with man holes, a retention pond, primary and secondary water systems, storm system etc.
SITE PREP
To site prep this project we started by stripping 4,200+ yards of topsoil from the roadway. After the topsoil was stripped we cut in the road and went 12" below finished grad - this consisted of 1,154 cubic yards of material cut with an additional 2,036 yards of fill that was placed and compacted.
Sewer
We installed a 12" sewer main line that totaled 2,170 linear feet as well as another 672 linear feet of an 8" line. We also installed a total of 13 different 4" sewer laterals and 13 manholes.
Water
To get water to each lot in this development we had to install over 1,652 linear feet of 8" line with 13 separate water laterals. There are 8 water vaults we installed and another 1,652 feet of irrigation line and 13 laterals.
Storm Drain
Installed an entire storm drain system for this subdivision. Our plans included 580 linear feet of storm drain system.
