Tuhaye is one of Utah's newest and most exclusive developments. It's located just west of Kamas and only about 20 minutes from Park City, Ut. We have been fortunate to excavate and pour concrete on dozens of projects in this high-end mountain community.

 

SITE PREP

The site prep on this project fell right in line with what we see on most projects. We had some tree clearing and grading that needed to happen. We were then able to install our fence around the LOD (limit of disturbance) for the entire property.

EXCAVATION

The excavation on this project was similar to many that you'll find in the Tuhaye development. It was a sloped mountain lot that required some tree removal and grading before excavating for footings and foundation.

UTILITIES

This particular lot also needed a long 500'+ driveway cut in. Along that driveway we installed all major utilities including power, water, and sewer lines. We also installed an E1 sewer pump with accompanying high pressure sewer lines.

FOOTINGS AND FOUNDATION

This beautiful mountain home will be just over 9,000 sqft and will have 350+ yards of concrete poured just to cover the footings and foundation walls (doesn't include the flatwork. As with most of our projects, this was another technical build that we were happy to be part!
